About the position:

We are searching for a talented individual to join our growing sales team serving customers in the USA and Canada.

The Sales Manager/Director will be responsible to deliver maximum sales, volume growth, profitability and account penetration within his/her assigned territory by developing and maintaining effective client relationships, promoting the company’s solutions for sale, securing orders and negotiating to close business deals.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Role focused on customer acquisition and sales operations (maintain support contracts and invoicing.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Follow up on leads to further the sales process and identify new sales opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintain product inventory for customers and handle monthly invoicing to customers
  • Handle renewal of maintenance and support contracts
  • Assist with proposals to customers (RFI, RFP)
  • Position ideally based in Denver CO or from home office in other locations in the United States or Canada



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales operations.
  • Experience in the broadcast media and video streaming industry.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through lead management tools.
  • Strong experience generating sales proposals, budgetary quotations, managing RFI, RFP processes.
  • High level of proficiency with office tools (word, excel) and leading CRM tools (ex Salesforce)
  • Experience with product support and software as a service contracts.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Travel to meet customers, when needed (ex trade shows).
  • Fluency in oral and written English is essential. Another language from the assigned territory would be a plus
