Jacques is the President & CEO of Broadpeak. He is driving the strategy and execution of the company to develop and realize the full potential of the Global Leader of IP Video delivery solutions.

Prior to co-founding Broadpeak, Jacques Le Mancq was with the Technicolor Connect Division where he assumed the role of Product Line Manager for the video streaming servers product family. He led a spin-off project with 5 other co-founders to create Broadpeak.

Prior to joining Technicolor, he has been involved in the development of MPEG-2 protocol testing & monitoring solutions that were consecrated by two Emmy Award in 1999 and 2007, holding different engineering and product marketing positions within Thales Broadcast and multimedia (Rennes, France) as well as Tektronix (Portland, Oregon). He owns several patents in the field of digital television.

Jacques Le Mancq holds a Master degree of Economics and a Master degree of Computer Sciences from the University of Rennes, France.

Fabrice drives the sales strategy and the business development.

Fabrice Bellanger has over 20 years of experience in the broadcast, media and telecommunications industries.

Prior to co-founding Broadpeak, Fabrice was Product Manager for SmartVision IPTV platform and Business Developper for SmartVision IPTV and Mobile TV in Technicolor/Thomson. During 3 years, he was Sales Manager Western Europe for Thales Broadcast and Multimedia. He started his career at Canal+ Technologies, in charge of Product Management for STB Middleware MediaHighway.

He graduated in electrical engineering from Rennes University and holds a Master Degree in International Business from Lille University. Fabrice is also a graduate from the THOMSON Leadership program / Harvard Business School, Boston – MA in 2007.

Guillaume is Director of Exploration at Broadpeak.

In his role he drives and strengthen the company’s technology innovation by identifying, assessing, promoting, and inventing video streaming technology evolutions.

Prior to joining Broadpeak, Bichot was the head of network evolution and a principal scientist at Technicolor and Thomson, where he managed technical activities related to video and networking.

With over 25 years of experience in the video industry, Bichot has successfully led innovation programs, teams, and projects in a multisite and international context related to home networking, streaming, broadcasting, mobile, and wireless technology. He is a distinguished author, lecturer, and contributor to standards bodies.

Bichot has a master’s degree in network science from UPMC in Paris.

Dominique is the Chief Technical Officer of Broadpeak. He leads and inspires the R&D team.

Dominique has 25 years of R&D experience in the fields of compressed video and content delivery networks. Prior to co-founding Broadpeak, Dominique was SmartVision Delivery solutions Chief architect.

Dominique is at the origin of the design of several generations of Technicolor Video On Demand and broadcast servers that received several industry awards.

Prior to this, he held various management and engineering positions within Grass Valley, Thales and Matra Communications. Dominique owns several patents in the field of digital television.

Dominique Colombel holds a degree of Electrical engineering from the University of Nantes, France.

Mathias Guille is the Vice President Cloud Platform at Broadpeak. He leads the strategic development of Broadpeak’s cloud platform, including the building of the company’s infrastructure in the cloud and in public datacenters, the design of Broadpeak’s platform on top of the infrastructure and the shaping of the company’s applications to accommodate SaaS offerings.  

Prior to this and after a few successful years as a Pre-Sales Manager for Broadpeak both in the APAC and EMEA team, Mathias was Americas Pre-Sales Director at Broadpeak. His previous experience, before joining Broadpeak, includes several telecom and network engineering positions at Altice and Nokia. 

With over 10-years of experience in telecoms and video delivery, and a strong technical background, Mathias has developed a deep understanding of the TV market, allowing him to identify industry trends and offer Broadpeak’s service provider customers out-of-the-box ideas to build customized platforms. 

Mathias Guille holds a master’s degree in engineering from IMT Nord Europe  in France.  

Yann is Broadpeak’s Operation Director. He leads the team in charge of projects, professional service, customer service, validation and quality.

Prior to joining Broadpeak, he worked 6 years at Technicolor, as the IPTV Service Platforms Project Team Manager, where he created the Professional Services and Supply Chain team. Prior to Technicolor, Yann worked at Thales Broadcast & Multimedia.

He graduated from INSA Rennes engineering school and holds a DEA in electronics from the University of Rennes.

Xavier is Vice President of Business Development at Broadpeak. In his role he drives business development strategy to further consolidate the company’s position as a leading provider of video delivery technologies.

Prior to joining Broadpeak, Xavier was a Director of IP video at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, where he led teams in consulting and business development for six years. Overall, he has more than 15 years of international experience in the IP video industry, with expertise in consulting and selling technology to content owners and network operators across the globe.

Xavier graduated from Institut Mines Telecom Lille-Douai (formerly Telecom Lille) engineering school, and holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Lille.

Fabienne is Chief Finance Officer at Broadpeak. Using her 20 years of experience in finance, cash and credit management in the broadcast and media industry, Fabienne brings with her knowledge and expertise in complex financial and operational issues in high-growth, global environments.

Prior to joining Broadpeak she served as CFO for privately held companies, including Thomson Video Networks and AVIWEST, and has also occupied Financial Controller positions in several listed firms such as Thales, Thomson and Technicolor.

Fabienne graduated in Management and Finance from KEDGE Business School (formerly Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Bordeaux).

As the Corporate Marketing and Communication Director for Broadpeak, Elodie Levrel leads the company’s global communications and marketing strategy with the objective to protect and strengthen its brand and reputation.  

Elodie has more than 15 years of experience in the communication, marketing and event management fields, including more than 10 years in the video industry. Prior to joining Broadpeak, she was the Communication and Business Development Manager at Poulain & Fils and the International Communication and Event Manager for Université Européenne de Bretagne. 

Elodie holds a master’s degree in international event management from the Ecole de Management de Normandie and the University of Brighton.  

Nivedita is in charge of communication and product strategy and positioning.

Before joining Broadpeak, she worked for 3 years as a Product Manager for Envivio, specialist of H.264 encoding and for Thomson, where she was in charge of the IPTV and Mobile TV Service Platform.

She graduated from IMT Atlantique (formerly Télécom Bretagne) engineering school and holds a Master of Science in Satellite Communications from UCL, London.

Pélagie is in charge of Corporate Services and Health & Safety. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating all Broadpeak offices, ensuring the best working conditions for the staff, and guaranteeing their health and safety.

Prior to taking on this role, Pélagie held several positions at Broadpeak, including in the finance team where she contributed to the international growth of the company and creation of the subsidiaries in the USA, Singapore and Canada. She also took part in the development of the HR department ensuring labor compliance and supported Broadpeak’s talents. Before joining Broadpeak, she held several positions in finance departments at Evodia and Iwedia.

Pélagie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting (DECF) from the IGR-IAE Rennes. 

In his role of VP Sales for Broadpeak, Mario works with content and service providers across the US and Canada providing IP video delivery solutions for linear and time shifted video services. 

A broadband communication’s industry insider for many years, Mario brings specific experience with video service providers; their respective network architectures, business strategies and service migration paths. 

Early in his career, Mario garnered significant product development experience working for the former General Instrument, ABL (Advanced Broadband Links) as well as Matrox Electronic Systems. He parlayed the knowledge he had gained about broadband networks, interactive digital set-top boxes, fiber-optic multiplexers and image processors into participating in various early stage technology initiatives in the broadcast media industry. 

Mario was a co-founder of MoreCom, a provider of digital convergence products for interactive television and the Internet. Mario was also part of the senior management team of then early stage start up Fabrix Systems. Fabrix storage and computing platform powered the first large scale Cloud DVR commercial deployment by a leading service provider in the US. Fabrix Systems was later acquired by Ericsson.  Prior to that, Mario led the North American product marketing activities with Scopus Video Networks, a leading provider of digital video processing and distribution equipment. 

Mario holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Laval University in Canada. 

As the Legal Director at Broadpeak, Steed manages all law-related matters for the company and provides his expertise in technology- and software-related contracts and transactions, intellectual property and personal data matters.  

Steed is a seasoned lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience in the media, entertainment, and telecommunication industries, including research and licensing activities in international and multicultural environments. 

Before joining Broadpeak, Steed was the Senior Legal Counsel for Huawei France, where he managed legal support for the Huawei R&D activities in France. Previously, he managed various technology-related contracts as a Senior Legal Counsel at Thomson and then Technicolor.  

Steed holds a master’s degree in Multimedia and Computer Laws from Strasbourg University in France, and a LLM in Commercial Laws from Cardiff University in the UK. He also holds a CIPP/E certificate from AIPP with respect to personal data matters.  

Céline leads the management and development of Human Resources at Broadpeak. She is responsible for designing HR strategies to support the growth of the company in a demanding and competitive environment. She oversees the implementation of HR policies in France and all Broadpeak’s subsidiaries.  

Over the past 20 years, Céline has held several HR management positions at Schlumberger (SLB) and Legris-Parker Hannifin.  

Céline holds a MSc. in Geochemistry from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO). She started her career on seismic survey vessels before moving to communication & HR.
